The Helios growth disk offer a stylish solution to growing cuttings, bulbs and pits into a water-rooted plant.

The brass disks fit vessels and jars with diameters ranging from 5,5 to 8 cm (2.15 - 3.12 inch).

Brass is an alloy of copper and sink that is usually recycled and has a good resistance to corrosion.

Brass will show its history and can stain from water or fingerprints. We love it when a Flower Constellation gets naturally worn and develops a patina over time.

Not a fan of the wear?
Brass can be cleaned with copper polish and a little elbow grease.

In the center of each Helios disk is a star-shaped opening. The perforated lines can be folded to fit a variety of cuttings, seeds, bulbs and pits.

Grow plants out of food scraps, create and trade cuttings, and combine special jars with miniplants and succulents as green gems for your home.

The Helios story

Years ago we designed a pit-frame specifically to sprout pits and bulbs for a Dutch garden company.

They shelved it, stating the development was too difficult, so we took the design back in our own hands, and here we are!
