Why this exhibition is special
NACHBARN / BUREN is more than just a catchy title — it’s a celebration of proximity and creative energy along the Dutch-German border. We brought together a group of designers who live and work within 35 kilometers of Germany, yet often get overshadowed by the bigger design scenes in Amsterdam or Eindhoven.
Instead of looking west, we’re turning east — toward our German neighbours, and toward new possibilities for collaboration.
