We aim to send out all orders within 48 hours.

Orders placed before 13:00 are usually shipped the same or next day. Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend are sent out on Monday.

Within the Netherlands, delivery typically takes 1-2 working day(s).
For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier.

We work with trusted carriers like PostNL, DHL and UPS, and always choose the option that best balances speed and reliability.

If something arrives damaged or doesn’t show up as expected, just let us know. We’ll look into it straight away and make sure things are resolved.

All orders are shipped carbon neutral through Shopify Planet.
