Spread across 1,000+ m², visitors can explore unique presentations, discover new ideas, and meet the people behind the work.

We’ll be bringing a deep dive into our ongoing Poma/Olera research, exploring how design can help us grow, store, and handle fresh food more consciously.

At the heart of our presentation is Cibus Domus, our House of Food — a living research table filled with insights and discoveries from our Poma/Olera research

Of course, our Cibus Domus Quartet will be there too: a playful, take-home token that shares a little of what we’ve learned so far about keeping food fresh.

Alongside familiar favourites like the Patera Magna and Patella Crescenda, we’ll also be introducing three of our latest concepts: ripening bowl Patera Matura, sprouts set Patina Germinanda, and oyster mushroom kit Domus Fungi.
