Right of withdrawal (EU customers) 
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without needing to give a reason. This window is extended over weekends and public holidays.

To exercise this right, submit your request via your account at https://account.houseofthol.shop. Once you've notified us, you have 14 days to return the item.

We will refund the purchase price plus the standard outbound shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your return. We are not able to refund premium or express shipping upgrades.

Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalised items, or to items purchased at a reduced price in a sale.
As many of our ceramics are handmade to order, please check the product page before purchasing if you're unsure.

Eligibility 
Items should be unused and in their original condition. Please keep your proof of purchase.

Damages and issues 
If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible at home@houseofthol.nl — we'll always find a good solution together.

Exchanges 
The easiest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds 
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at home@houseofthol.nl.
