Returns
We hope your order brings a little green to your everyday!
If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused and in its original, unopened packaging. Please also keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

As a small studio, we’re not able to cover return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
We recommend taking a quick look at your order when it arrives.
If something is damaged, defective, or not what you expected, let us know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to find a good solution together.
Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods such as seeds or plants, custom-made products, and items that are on sale.
If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, just send us a message and we will clarify.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the easiest way is to return your current product and place a new order once your return has been approved.
This way you will receive the new item as quickly as possible.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, without needing to give a reason.
The item should still be unused and in its original, unopened packaging, and you will need proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer before the refund appears in your account.
