A few practical things

We’ve tried to keep everything here as clear and straightforward as possible.

Below you’ll find the practical details around ordering, shipping, and everything in between.

  • Payment

    All prices in our webshop include 21% Dutch VAT.

    We accept iDEAL, PayPal, Sofort, Apple Pay, credit cards and bank transfer.

    Orders are processed once payment has been received and cleared.

    Running into issues with payment? Just send us a message, we’ll help you out.

  • Shipment

    We ship our products from the Netherlands.

    Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location. You can find the full overview here.

    We always aim to pack and send your order as quickly as possible.
    Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link.

  • Lead times

    Most of our products are in stock and ready to ship.

    Some pieces take a bit more time.

    Especially items that are made or finished by hand, like the Patera Magna, may have longer lead times.

    If something is out of stock, it usually won’t be available to order until it’s back.

    We always try to communicate expected lead times clearly on the product page.

  • Custom orders

    Looking for something a little more specific?

    Please reach out and we'll happily explore custom requests and see what’s possible. (we are designers, after all).

    Gift wrapping

    Sending a gift?- We can wrap your order in our custom-designed wrapping paper for €1.

    Just let us know in the comments when placing your order.

    We’re also happy to add a handwritten note.

    Keep it short enough to fit on a postcard and double-check your spelling, we’ll write it exactly as you send it 🙂

  • Wholesale

    Our collection is available for wholesale through a selection of shops that align with how we like to present and use our work.

    Our designs tend to feel most at home in places like:

    • garden centres with a thoughtful, curated selection
    • (Gift) shops that value storytelling and context alongside the product
