Het Patella Crescenda verhaal
Tijdens ons onderzoek naar het vers houden van voedsel voor onze Poma/Olera serie, raakten we steeds meer geïnteresseerd in het zelf kweken van ons eten.
Kiemgroentes zijn kleine super foods vol smaak die je eenvoudig het hele jaar door in je eigen huis kunt kweken.
How to work your Patella Crescenda

Set up your Patella Crescenda set:
Place the small base in the centre of the dish and add the growth disks.

Fill the reservoir and place in the centre base.
(Don't worry about spilling a little, it's only water)

The vacuum controls the water level:
Lift the bulb to make the water reach the growth disks

Sow your seeds evenly on the circles of the growth disks.
Keep the water level up, until the seeds have sprouted
