Nachbarn/Neighbors @ Pattenhalle Ehrenfeld
From 16–22 January 2026, Passagen – Köln Design Week transforms Cologne into a city-wide design platform, with exhibitions spread across more than 100 locations.
Partially overlapping with imm cologne (20–23 January), the week brings together product design, interior design and architecture, positioning the city as an international meeting point for contemporary design.
Nachbarn / Neighbors @ Pattenhalle Ehrenfeld
-
Like last year, we highlight Dutch designers living close to the German border, creatives for whom Cologne is often closer than Rotterdam.
At Pattenhalle Ehrenfeld, we celebrate this geographic and cultural proximity, and the ease with which ideas, influences and collaborations cross borders. A reminder of how connected we are, as Neighbors / Nachbarn.
-
It brings together a carefully curated group of Dutch designers: House of Thol, Saudade Collective, ByCris, and Suzan Hijink
Together, we present a diverse yet harmonious showcase of contemporary Dutch product design, rooted in craftsmanship, material research and thoughtful use, while each offering a distinct voice.
