About payment

All prices on this webshop include 21% Dutch VAT.

Amongst others we accept iDEAL, Paypal, Sofort, Apple Pay, Creditcards and payments via direct transfer.

All payments must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

If you are encountering any issues with the provided payment-methods, please get in touch and we'll assist you in any way we can.

Gift wrapping service

If your order is destined to be a gift, we offer the possibility of gift wrapping in specially designed wrapping paper (cost €1,-).

Please let us know in the comment section of your order.

We can also add a little personal note for the recipient, just let us know what should be on it (something that easily fits on a postcard, please - we do not spell-check) and we'll add a handwritten message.

Custom orders

Don't hesitate to get in touch if you're looking for that extra special item, we will be happy to take on the challenge and provide you with exactly what you're looking for.

Lead times

Most of the products on our webshop are kept on stock at all times.

If not, the product will not be able to order until they are back in stock.

Handmade products take time to produce and lead times for -for example- the Patera Magna and Patera Media can become quite substantial.

In September 2022, we temporarily put a stop on the sales of the Poma/Olera series.

Refunds and exchanges

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your package.

We will do our very best to resolve the problem quickly and/or look for a solution together.

Refunds and Exchanges are considered on a case-to-case basis.

It's important to note that sale items or custom pieces are exempt from refunds or exchanges.

It can always happen that something doesn't quite go as planned.

As of February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform.
